A closer look at what "hands-on" actually builds
Seven examples of the bespoke and category-leading work behind the one-line summaries — the brief, and the Market Partner tools that solved it.
Case studies
One platform for a global, always-on audience
An energy finance company needed to engage a global audience across markets and time zones, without stitching together separate tools for content, registration and reporting.
A bespoke audience engagement system on the Market Partner platform, with our team managing delivery alongside their in-house marketing function.
Subscriber registration, fully on-brand
A globally renowned news brand needed to manage subscriber registration and benefits at scale, matching their exact editorial brand rather than a generic form builder.
A custom-branded registration and benefits platform, integrated with their existing subscriber base and reporting back in real time.
A virtual series on the latest from Capitol Hill
A US government-focused organization needed to run a virtual event series on the latest developments on Capitol Hill, engaging both existing subscribers and new prospects.
A bespoke virtual event platform for subscribers and prospects alike, with registration and reporting across the whole series and our project management team on hand throughout.
Onboarding that starts before day one
A global, multi-brand sports betting and gaming group wanted every new starter, from individually hired executives to thousands of joiners a year, to arrive ready and connected, and to feel supported through their first three months.
Two onboarding hubs on the Market Partner platform: a bespoke hub for each senior hire, with their own support team, AI-assisted onboarding plan and organogram, and a templated platform for the wider cohort. Passwordless magic-link access works across every brand and region, and a scheduled email journey brings each joiner back to the right content from contract to month three.
Davos insight, in front of the people who shape the agenda
A global financial information company wanted its house at Davos to reach beyond the room, putting its most valuable research and analysis in front of global leaders before, during and after the week.
A personalised content hub, opened by each guest's own magic link, bringing together a four-part leaders' insight series on the defining forces of the year, research deep dives, the house agenda, live coverage from Davos and trending news. Links to the company's solutions and a direct route to a specialist turn that interest into conversations.
A private community for the next generation of industry leaders
A global financial information company wanted to build an exclusive community of rising leaders, giving members a reason to join and a reason to come back through networking, content and private events.
A digital community hub with a member directory for making connections, video content, podcasts, curated events and resources, plus a registration site where leaders can apply themselves or be nominated by a colleague. Monthly emails and timely invitations to events in each member's region keep the community active.
CLE credits, certified automatically after every session
A global financial information company running accredited events for US attorneys, both virtual and in person, needed to award Continuing Legal Education credits to eligible attendees. Every state bar sets its own rules for credit types and certificates, which made manual certification slow and error-prone.
A CLE credits system linked to our attendance tracking. Attendees select their US state, their attendance at each accredited session is verified, and the system works out the credits they've earned under their state's rules. It then issues a certificate that meets their state's requirements, whether they joined online or in the room.

A few recent projects, as we shared them at the time — the brief, and the tools behind each one.
Live scoring courtside, on an interactive touchscreen
For a corporate charity padel tournament, we built a custom registration and team management platform with tailored attendee emails, plus a live tournament system on interactive touchscreens — real-time fixtures, scoring and results for players and spectators throughout the day.
Global Canvas Initiative — an immersive World Cup experience
Timed around FIFA World Cup 2026 matches at MetLife Stadium, Global Canvas is a 40-day gamified art and culture experience across six installations at American Dream Mall, New Jersey. We built the immersive web app behind it — scan a QR code at any installation to collect points, unlock rewards and vote live as artists compete.
8,000 attendees, one seamless check-in
For a major corporate event in New York, we ran attendance scanning across multiple locations alongside a custom event web app, team activity sign-ups and QR codes throughout — all backed by live reporting that kept activity data and event information in one place.
An immersive touchscreen quiz that turned footfall into data
For a leading UK news publisher's in-office activation, we built an interactive news quiz on a giant touchscreen at the heart of a modular pop-up stand. Visitors played at the stand with our staff on hand, or scanned a QR code to play on their own device and returned to claim a sustainable gift. Every play captured attendee data that fed straight into follow-up subscription emails and a post-event survey.
An interactive shop window that shows how people decide what to buy
For a leading UK news brand, we turned a pop-up shop window into a hands-on brand experience. Visitors browsed products on display, then took a quiz on a giant touchscreen, or on their own phone via QR code, to enter a prize draw.
Each question drew on one of six audience groups, from Gen Z to business owners. Along the way, players learned how the brand reaches these audiences and how much it influences their purchase decisions. Every entry was captured as data for follow-up.
1,500 guests through the door in 30 minutes
For a finance society's gala at a landmark New York venue, our high-speed badging kiosks printed accreditation for 1,500 guests who all arrived within a 30-minute window. Each guest arrived with a pass in their phone wallet that directed them to the right lane for their category, VIP or general admission. They scanned, collected their printed badge and walked straight in.
